The pergola is the first phase of a two-phase project that also involves creating a custom lower-level deck under the elevated pergola. When we met with the homeowners we were able to design a space that complimented their home, landscape, lifestyle and budget. We were able to accommodate each need by taking cues from their vision and using a mix of material choices that would complement one another and still keep them in budget.
The pergola was built using economical pressure-treated posts with aluminum pickets. The stunning columns were built using stacked cultured stone. Cultured stone is a higher end material and this element compliments the mixed media of wood and aluminum beautifully. These great stone columns take the wow factor up a few notches and deliver a refined look for the elevated pergola.
