Looking at the inset before picture, you can see there were significant design challenges in attaching a porch to the back of this beautiful Winston Salem home. The back of the home had multiple elevation changes and different elevations and a roofline that was not simple and straight forward. We had to incorporate the bayed breakfast nook area along with the chimney area which protruded out the back of the home. While the sun was a bit bright on the day we took the after picture, you’ll see how our design team is able to work with just about any back-of-home configuration. This Eze-Breeze 3-season room has 4-track windows allowing these homeowners to open the windows up to 75% or to close them completely for some protection from rain, pollen or cooler temperatures.
